Arriving by Car

GPS data for your navigation system (UTM): Latitude: 47.4705771, Longitude: 13.2639358. Easily accessible via the Tauern motorway. For those coming from the north or the east via Salzburg – take the exit at Werfen / Pfarrwerfen and when coming from the south via Graz-Villach, drive past Bischofshofen – take the exit at Pfarrwerfen / Werfenweng. From there, it is approximately 6 km up the valley in the direction of Werfenweng. Take a left turn in the town centre, directly next to the church, drive past the Travel Charm Bergresort Werfenweng, over the small bridge and then about 1 km into the valley towards the “Eiskögel” mountain massif. Take a left turn over the bridge before the second place-name sign “Ruhdorf” (at the end of the village). A large parking area is available.
